Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
We want you to love every piece from Maison Qamar. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items returned without tags or showing signs of wear cannot be accepted.
How to Return
Initiate Your Return
Email us at returns@maisonqamar.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will respond with a return authorization and shipping instructions within 24 hours.
Package Your Items
Carefully repackage the items in their original packaging. Include all tags, accessories, and the garment bag. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Ship It Back
Send the package to the return address provided in your authorization email. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We're happy to help. Contact us at returns@maisonqamar.com and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
Non-Returnable Items

- —Customized or altered items
- —Items without original tags
- —Accessories (scarves, pins) for hygiene reasons
